Recruit2 provides an AI-powered recruitment platform that enables employers to post job listings, manage candidates, and streamline their hiring process. Job seekers can browse opportunities, submit applications, and track their application status.

  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer using our Services, you agree to:

  • Post accurate job descriptions and requirements
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws
  • Protect candidate data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
  • Use AI matching results fairly and without bias
  • Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner

6. Job Seeker Responsibilities

As a job seeker using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in your profile and applications
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
  • Apply only to positions you are genuinely interested in
  • Respect the confidentiality of employer information

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Recruit2 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with providing the Services.

10. AI and Matching

Our Services use artificial intelligence to match candidates with job opportunities. AI-generated scores and recommendations are provided as tools to assist decision-making and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions. We are committed to fair and unbiased AI practices in accordance with applicable regulations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES FOR JOB SEEKERS OR HIRING SUCCESS FOR EMPLOYERS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECRUIT2 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
