Creating Your First Job Posting

Learn how to create an effective job posting that attracts the right candidates.

Navigate to Jobs

From the sidebar, click Jobs then the Create Job button in the top right.

Fill in Job Details

  • Title: Clear, searchable job title (e.g., "Senior Software Engineer")
  • Department: Select or create a department
  • Location: Office location or "Remote"
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, etc.

Write the Description

Use our AI-powered description generator or write your own. Include:

  • Role overview and responsibilities
  • Required qualifications
  • Nice-to-have skills
  • Benefits and perks

Select a Workflow

Choose the hiring pipeline this job will use. You can create custom workflows in Settings.

Publish

Click Publish to make the job live on your career page, or save as draft to publish later.
