Creating Workflows
Workflows define your hiring process from application to offer.
Getting Started
- Go to Workflows in the sidebar
- Click Create Workflow
- Name your workflow (e.g., "Engineering Hiring")
Adding Stages
Add stages that represent your hiring steps:
- Applied
- Phone Screen
- Technical Interview
- Onsite
- Offer
- Hired
Stage Settings
For each stage, configure:
- Stage name and color
- Required scorecard
- Automation rules
- SLA (time limits)
