Creating Workflows

Workflows define your hiring process from application to offer.

Getting Started

  1. Go to Workflows in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Workflow
  3. Name your workflow (e.g., "Engineering Hiring")

Adding Stages

Add stages that represent your hiring steps:

  • Applied
  • Phone Screen
  • Technical Interview
  • Onsite
  • Offer
  • Hired

Stage Settings

For each stage, configure:

  • Stage name and color
  • Required scorecard
  • Automation rules
  • SLA (time limits)
